Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Procedure

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Any item returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
It is your responsibility to check your package upon delivery and refuse it if it is damaged. Otherwise, we cannot accept claims for damaged packages that have been accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item (after your return request is approved) and make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund to your account.
Return Fees and Non-Collection
In case of cancellation after shipment or failure to collect the order:
- A fee of €7.90 will be deducted to cover the initial shipping cost, even if it was offered.
- An additional fee of €7.90 will be applied to cover the return shipping cost.
We notify our customers through multiple channels:
- Notification from Colissimo indicating the arrival of their package.
- Follow-up by our service, reminding them multiple times about the package arrival.
Despite these reminders, if the customer fails to collect the package within the given time frame (14 days for standard pick-up points or 4 days for Pickup Relay points), this clause will apply.
