Shipping Time
The time required to process an order and issue the invoice before shipping in-stock PRODUCTS is mentioned on the SITE of Aquaticstream. These times exclude weekends or public holidays.
An automatic email will be sent to the CLIENT when the PRODUCTS are dispatched, provided that the email address in the registration form is correct.
Shipping Time & Costs
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CLIENT of the possible shipping times and options for the purchased PRODUCTS.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method. These costs will be borne by the CLIENT in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. Details of shipping times and costs are available on the SITE.
Delivery Methods
The package will be delivered to the CLIENT against signature and upon presentation of an identity document. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left for the CLIENT to collect the package at the post office.
Delivery Issues
The CLIENT is informed of the delivery date when choosing the carrier, at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the order. Deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If delivery is not made within this time, the CLIENT may request the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable time. If the SELLER does not deliver within this period, the CLIENT may terminate the contract.
The SELLER will refund, without undue delay from the receipt of the termination letter, the full amount paid by the CLIENT for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and shipping costs, using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
The SELLER is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CLIENT. The CLIENT has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noticed upon delivery.
